A Phone Sex Dare
Well, I’m knee-deep in week three of NaNoWriMo and I have to admit, my creativity is starting to …not wane, but dwindle a little. Undertaking a 50,000 word novel in a month is no easy task, and the furious typing has started to take its toll on my imagination. The Thrill of the Chase

A Sexy Literary Adventure
Well, it is officially that time of year again, time for the craziness that is known as National Novel Writing Month or NaNoWriMo for short. For those of you unfamiliar with this celebration of furious typing and literary abandon, the goal is simply to write a 50,000 word novel during the month of November. This works out to writing 1,667 words per day for thirty days. I participated in this silly and insane challenge last year, and even managed to win! This year I’m undertaking the challenge yet again, and it’s starting to become something of a little artistic tradition of mine. Y’know, time to flex my creativity muscles and see if I can’t take my typing skills to a whole new level of speedy fury.
I find that I’m usually starting to feel a little drained and unoriginal around this time of year, which usually translates directly into shirking my blogging responsibilities. NaNoWriMo does not leave any room for this kind of creative constipation! You just have to get the words OUT, by any means possible. And for some reason that just helps everything start flowing for me, and all the sudden I can think about things to write for you!
My second tradition for NaNoWriMo is to write something smutty. Last year it was a sprawling fictional story about a young woman exploring kink for the first time (but TOTAL fiction, I SWEAR. *coughcough*) that got really sexy. Like, mostly sexy. Like, so sexy that I frequently had to take breaks from my novel to masturbate through the sexual tension I had worked up in myself.
