Benefits:
1. Prompt, dependable paychecks. We have never missed a payroll. Our phone sex operators get paid. Period.
2. No contracts to sign. We do not try to scare you or own you.
3. Work from home.
4. No set schedules. As long as you put in the required minimum of 40 hours per week, your schedule is up to you. We will not call you and harass you when you are not available. You may log in and out as you like.
5. Very competitive pay rate with bonus incentive which will be discussed during interview.
6. Customers do NOT have access to your phone number or any other personal information.
7. You may set up an Amazon wish list and receive gifts from your callers. Gifts come to us and we forward them to you, further protecting your anonymity.
8. The owners of Bay City Blues are a phone sex operator and a caller. We feel this gives us insight and expertise that few phone sex places can offer.
9. We do not require operators to take any calls which make them uncomfortable or speak with any callers whom they do not like. You set your own limits.
10. We do a large amount of advertising and SEO work.
11. We have a beautiful website, and we are constantly updating and upgrading it. You will have an excellent platform on which to operate your business.
12. We provide and advertise our private chat room where you can meet potential clients and will have the power to kick and to ban annoying timewasters.
Expectations/Requirements:
1. Professional phone sex experience is not required. Creativity, sensuality, open-mindedness, and the ability to express yourself intelligently are much more important to us.
2. You must provide your own telephone, computer, telephone line, a private place to work, and internet access that allows you to be online and on the phone at the same time. Bay City Blues does not reimburse for these expenses, or any other costs of doing business, such as a personal phone sex website or marketing on your own behalf.
3. You must be at least 18 years of age and provide photo identification and a social security number. Copies of your ID and SS cards must be scanned and emailed to Howard@BayCityBlues.com, or we will give you a fax number upon request.
4. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for paying your own taxes. Bay City Blues does not withhold any taxes and will issue you a 1099 each year.
5. You must be available to take phone sex calls at least 40 hours per week. When you are logged in, you must have your Yahoo messenger on and check it regularly. This is so that we can contact you. Whether and how much you use it to communicate with callers is up to you.
6. You must do a minimum of 150 minutes paid talk time per week. A week starts at 12am Friday morning and ends at midnight on Thursday evening.
7. You must have basic computer skills and be able to communicate via email and Yahoo instant messenger.
8. We believe our success comes from a combination of proper marketing, superior product, and ethical behavior. We believe that ethical behavior will benefit both us and our operators.
9. We expect you to treat your callers, your colleagues, and yourself with respect at all times.

We will support you in every way possible, but how successful a business you have depends on YOU.
